Excellent Stay with Friendly Service

I stayed for several nights while visiting family. This stay marked my fifth visit since 2022. My room was quiet and clean. it was very warm. The beds provided comfort, which I appreciated. The bathroom was spacious. it included a great shower. I also made good use of the kettle, tea, coffee, and milk provided. More supplies were available anytime from reception.
It took a bit of effort to locate the hotel initially. Following directions to the nearby sports center provided an easy solution.

The hotel provides free parking, a significant benefit with vehicles. A bus stop sits a short walk from the hotel, with the number 22 bus running into the city center every 15 minutes. An Asda store is accessible with a short walk also.

My room had all expected facilities, contributing to a convenient stay. The bathroom stood out with its cleanliness. The room location ensured little disturbance from other guests. These rooms offer a comfortable and practical experience.

The staff members were friendly and helpful . Rita from housekeeping went out of her way to assist me with requests. The reception team provided helpful information and quick assistance. Their dedication enhanced my visit.

hard bedcar park noise
The room seemed quite dated and basic! it felt more like a motel room than a hotel room, especially with the entrance directly to the outside. the bed, felt rather hard, it was not very comfortable. also, i wasn't thrilled about the lack of soundproofing. Noise from the car park was quite noticeable.

a decent place for a short stay

the reception area looked clean and updated, i thought. rita from housekeeping went out of her way, she helped a lot with my room 121. the bus stop was a short walk away, bus 22 goes into the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful, which i found charming.
there was a water leak into the carpet, it was near the wardrobe. i saw evidence of rodents outside with traps, there were ravaged outside bins. breakfast was not ready within 15 minutes of my scheduled time, several items were missing.
